Characterized by the use of natural stones such as topazes, rhodolites, amethysts, tourmalines, citrine quartzes, peridots, tanzanites, aquamarines and kunzites all in different cuts, the new Easy Rainbow Collection tells an all-Italian story of excellent craftsmanship and refined goldsmithing through the use of one of the most representative techniques of filigree work: the art of wire wrapping. Widespread in Italy during the Renaissance and obtained by hand-twisting thin gold threads, wire wrapping was often practiced using one or two braided wires – a way already used by the Arabic and Spanish during the Middle Age. In the Collection, the 18k yellow gold wire alternates with small DG crossed logos. Either in the form of pendants or inserted in the bracelets’ and necklaces’ chains, the logo is combined with the shades of blue, purple, teal, yellow and violet of the stones set in bezels of different shapes and sizes.

The protagonist of this Collection are diamonds, symbols of luminosity and resilience, elegance and eternity, they are interpreted through a series of cuts, sizes and settings. From pavés, creating infinite plays of light, to the impeccable brilliant cuts, highlighting the intrinsic luster of the gems. The secular tradition of Italian craftsmanship is exemplified through the art of twisted thread. Already in use in the Middle Ages by Arabs and Spaniards, this manufacturing spread through Italy during the renaissance. It consists in hand twisting thin gold threads, creating a particular braided effect. The twisted thread in the Collection is crafted in 18-carat white gold and enriched by small DG logos that appear discreetly, creating a playful alternating effect.

Necklaces adorned by diamonds alternated by white gold elements that are masterfully hand-made, earrings come in the most classic shapes or in original compositions, delicate bracelets and innovative ear cuffs that radiate a unique energy, to shine every day with natural light.

The sacred heart, an iconic symbol of the brand, is the protagonist of five creations of the collection. From the necklace and bracelet to the ring and pendant earrings, the emblem of unconditional love is characterised for its preciousness and exquisite details.

The 18-carat yellow gold jewellery is embellished with sumptuous Baroque decorations, inspired by the Bourbon period, and delicate pearls, creating a contrast between the elaborate workmanship and the elegant simplicity of the elements.

On each of these creations precious bows and diamonds frame the DG logo engraved within the sacred heart.
